Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using fast and reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via the order confirmation email, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 days from the date of dispatch.
As a small shop managing operations independently, deliveries may occasionally take slightly longer. We truly appreciate your understanding.
If you have any concerns or need an update, we are always happy to check the status of your order upon request.

Order Confirmation & Sale Completion

Successful delivery confirmation by the courier partner constitutes confirmation of sale of the product.
Once an order has been delivered, it is considered complete and accepted, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns & Return Shipping

In case of an approved return, the customer is required to arrange the return shipment independently through a courier service of their choice.
Amavas will reimburse the return shipping cost borne by the customer once the returned product has been received and approved, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return transit.

Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or regulatory issues are beyond our direct control, but we will always assist in follow-ups wherever possible.
