Return & Refund Policy
We take great care in ensuring that every product reaches you in perfect condition. As a small, independently run store managing our own deliveries, we request your understanding of the following return policy:
Returns
- We do not offer exchanges.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery of the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Process
- In case of an approved return, the customer is required to arrange the return shipment independently through a courier service of their choice.
- Amavas will reimburse the return shipping cost borne by the customer once the returned product has been received and approved, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return transit.
Refunds
- After the returned product is received, it will be carefully inspected for any damage or signs of use.
- Upon successful quality verification, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Discounted or sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags will not qualify for a refund.
Important Note
- We encourage customers to review product descriptions, images, and details carefully before placing an order.
- Slight variations in colour or weave are natural characteristics of handwoven textiles and do not qualify as defects.
